Something in my mind feels wrong today
walking around
here but not here
feeling in the distance from me
walking through the day with this feeling
sad sighs are living
keep feel like I’m missing something
myself maybe
Missing
lost and tired
the days felt so tiring
its made the day feel unhappy
like getting out of bed wishing to feel upbeat
wishing to feel great
but you walk through your day
deflated tired
tired of the disconnection you feel
tired of feeling a sense of loss most of the day
just tired in yourself

A poem of exhaustion. Tired from all that is going on. Well stated
Yeah .. well I am a bit anemic ( that might have something to do with it ) but yeah there other reasons I get tired . Dissociation can feel mentally tired . And yeah dealing with things that are difficult ( can feel tiring ) I havnt had the motivation to try much today .. although I have been out on walk to town ( needed to get out
