Elvis Is In The Building.

The band was there

And he walked on,

Elvis came on the stage.

He sang and sang,

I knew all the songs

And was singing away,

Singing away with all,

All the audience.

Such a wonderful night

Filled with the music of Elvis

Sung with such passion

And respect to the man.

The man that brought his music,

Brought his music to us all.

A man I respect

For all the good he did,

All the good he did in the world.

To so many people,

So I say to you all

This tribute act shows,

Shows that Elvis is in the building.

            What a wonderful tribute to a super star. I grew up with Elvis music and still listen today. It will last forever. Wonderful poem. Took me back.
