Daily List.

We go into the new day,

What do we need to do?

We make a list of those things,

Each one we feel we need to do.

Some are important,

Some are necessary,

Some are pleasant,

Some are sad.

But there is one thing,

One thing that is very important

And that must be top of the list,

We must include ourselves,

As we need to take care,

Take care of ourselves

As we go through each new day.
