sometimes life is hard sometimes life is rough
days are up and down feel youve had enough
mind is in a whirl thoughts running through your head
feeling life is cruel wish that you you were dead
thinking theres no need for you to carry on
life has passed you by feel your life has gone
everything around you empty and so bare
hopes and dreams you had now no longer there
theres places you can go that you can reach out to
people who can help and will stand by you
they will help you cope turn you life around
once again be happy in the new world you have found
