Can't get out!

orchidee

Can ya help me?!

Have ya got any keys?

I'm in this room - all doors seem to be locked

Except the Fire Door

And that says 'Keep this door shut at all times'

Even if there's a fire?!

And there's no windows either

It's KP - she locked me in

For insulting her yet again

I only said to her

'You're looking uglier each day, my dear!' LOL

I will say nice things to her

Maybe she'll let me out

Btu it won't last, of course

If I get out, I'll still be nice to her...

For about 5 seconds more! heehee

Fido says to me

You and KP drive me nutty!

He's the only sane one at home. lol.

Never been locked in before only out. A tough call Orchi but gave me a smile just the same.

Your relationship with KP is obviously evolving...Neva read that KP hustled you into seclusion before... perhaps the time is right for review and a visit to a marriage counsellor...........

Funny one indeed! Strangely enough, I just spent round about 4 hours talking to my lady. Annie our dog played interference. She’s holding the keys!

Ah, the comic claustrophobia and cheeky regret of it all; this poem dances in the slapstick hallway between sitcom and farce, with just enough shade to make you wonder if the fire door’s not just literal but metaphorical too. 🙏🏻🕊️
