Jacks Fun Times (2).
Jack's best companion had gone a little flat.
Kept hissing when he gave her a tight hug.
Jack was exhausted as he huffed and puffed.
To blow her back up but she stayed just flat.
Then Jack realised she had a hole in her back.

Jack's wife said put everything in those bloody bins.
Jack enquired you mean literally everything darling.
He gathered pushed crammed, loaded and packed.
As much in as possible, jumping in and making it flat.
Then Jack then calmly informed his oldest daughter.
If for any reason you wonder where your mother is.
She is neatly packed in the bin with the bloody cat.

I saw that one coming I guess I've done it before myself. Hate moving and hate fixing flats. Good write Tobani made me smile again
Thank you
Your fun poem lands with a mix of tongue-in-cheek irreverence and domestic chaos, all wrapped in a dry, mischievous humour. Jack’s antics feel like something out of a cheeky sitcom; absurd yet oddly relatable in that “just trying to cope” kind of way. It’s equal parts bizarre and brilliant, like a backyard farce with a wink to the audience.
Thank you, much appreciated
Most welcome, friend🕊️🙏🏻
Moving is never fun! Have had to do it many times! These poems. Totally fun! Thank you for sharing, my friend! 🌹👏

You are most welcome, my friend.
Excellent write
Thank you, much appreciated
You're welcome
Organisation is the key when moving. One hopes Jack was organised enough to pack his best companion and the puncture kit in the same bin.
Probably not, very forgetful old jack!!, enjoy your day
This is too funny! My brother and kittens all wondered why on earth I began laughing too much and too loudly just now. I declare! Start to finish, oh! But you're a regular riot. I love it!!! Superbly rendered with nigh exquisite imagery and a waltzing poignancy. Thank you so very, very much for sharing.
Hope the Tigger's have their piece back now, thank you for your kind words
