Whether it be coffee,
or whether it be pie,
or two seats on the front porch,
under the sky,
or maybe two seats,
in front of the T.V.,
or both of us cooking,
or at least, you teaching me;
we'll each share a garden,
for each of us to grow.
We'll be together,
as we get old,
We'll each have a watch,
to see the time pass.
As long as we're together,
it doesn't matter if it goes by,
slow or fast.
