Not sure

Tony36

I want to laugh

I want to cry

Hell

I don’t even know what I want to do

Emotions well up inside me

Turning

Churning

Mixing

Emotions of

Joy

Sadness

Laughter

Pain

Coming together

Into one confused state

I would bet that everyone has been there at one time or another. It is not the feelings but the mixture that make for the confusion. How rapid we shift from one to another and when all present at once it is overwhelming.

That inner storm...you’ve captured it with raw simplicity, Tony. The push-pull of feeling everything and not knowing what to do with any of it…yeah, I’ve been there. This lands with honesty and heart. Thank you for putting it into words, dear friend. 🌹👏

The experience of life is all of those things, and I suppose we have to have them. That confused state is telling us that we're alive, and emotion is such an important part of our being. You capture this beautifully!

Emotions can do that Tony but hopefully love will overcome them all.
