Love yourself,

Friendship

"Love yourself," the whisper starts and ends,
For life's a breath, a moment that extends
Only to now; tomorrow's veiled and deep,
A secret no one knows, no promise to keep.
We never know what dawn may softly bring,
What unseen challenge, or what joy may sing.
All that we have, all that we truly know,
Is this bright present, where our spirits grow.
So cast aside the grudge, the bitter sting,
Let go of anger, cease its endless cling.
The past is done, its shadow starts to fade,
Don't waste your precious now on what's been made.
Embrace the fun, let laughter fill the air,
Love with abandon, free from any care
Of what tomorrow might or might not hold;
Don't wait for stories that are yet untold.
Cherish the friends, the hearts that truly shine,
Nurture the bonds, a connection divine.
And on your journey, bold and bright and free,
Let whispers of the world just pass by thee.
For life's a gift, so precious and so brief,
A fleeting moment, finding sweet relief
In cherished now. Live fully, with no fear,
With those who truly matter, always near.
