Deaf Street?

Goldfinch60

There are so many of them,

People walking with deaf aids.

Walking down the street

With aids in their ears,

Many have wires leading from them,

But there are so many.

Can people no longer listen,

No longer listen to what’s happening.

What's happening it the world.

Happening in the world around them,

Or do they just no longer care.

Yes Andy we have reached a time when a mobile phone is more necessary than air itself and life is defined by it. People text each other across the table, take selfies as their house burns around them, play games rather than talk to a spouse, watch porn on the job, get their test answers from them, use them as a flash light they are now our chosen companion and most people would choose them over their spouse. Good write Andy
