So Be Happy.

Goldfinch60

We often feel ill

And in those times

We reach for medicine,

But it may be

That more often

Health comes from elsewhere.

It could come from peace of mind,

The peace in our hearts,

The peace in our souls.

But more than that,

It comes from laughter,

Laughter and love.

Happiness in our lives

Can cure so many troubles,

So be happy.
