I've been hanging with spirit that has nothing but regret
Now it's down on this page with my pencil around its neck
No longer will you contain me, within a world that's on its own
My inner child is safe, this story has already been told
While once you may of shoved me, in ways to find my strength
Nowadays you are just to heavy, impossible too even step
I scribe these words of wisdom
To rest inside my head
Nothing else is needed
Other than to let go of what's been said.

I cried as my hand and move, I cried as I read it back but now I've printed to this net and put my vibration out into the universe again. To feel no hurt or shame because now the rest of my pages are blank ready for this change. Thanks again to those that write to do the same, you inspire more than you'll ever know.

I've been stuck for a while my friend but yes things are now moving again and hope to not go back to stuck in stagnation.
