Born To Be A Rebel

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

I oppose all of this totalitarian control,

Fighting back is what keeps me whole.

For less I'll never settle,

I'm born to be a rebel,

Not sugar-coating my views for the devil,

Or selling my soul to reach a higher level.

Propaganda everywhere, not hearing it,

They want to break the human spirit.

A message that many of us would agree with. It seems that as population grows and we become more compact in our living there is greater and greater need for laws and regulation that spills over into more and more control and authoritative ruling fascism is in vogue and it raises many hackles.
