Of Sitting and Staring

YannickM

Sometimes I just sit and stare,

Over here and over there.

Devote myself to thoughts and scene,

Neglecting what would intervene.

Heavy all that I’ve in tow,

A part of me, yet great a foe,

Brawling with the vivid mind,

And mine is of a restless kind.

But I find, from time to time,

A scenery that’s most sublime.

There I sit, and there I stare,

Over here and over there.

I have had such moments and believe that most people do. Nicely done
