Truth

Keeter C

Where lies it?

To the left compassion they speak.

The right law and order they preach.

Justice I see naught in either.

The tipping of the scales I see.

Wisdom I do not.

Freedom is not freedom with out morals.

Law and order should have borders.

Thankfully Washington, Jefferson, Adams and Franklin rest in their sleep. I often wonder what they would think.

Very nicely worded this thorny problem of balance. As for the dead they would all be appalled. Deeply philosophical and with no good answer as all good philosophical questions are. To answer it we must step out of our moral and political views and enter a new level of justice and morals
