contagion of kindness

Contagion of Kindness

A whisper falls like morning rain,

Kindness blooms despite the pain.

If venom spreads, then so does cure—

A spark of heart that will endure.

  • Comment from author about the poem: too late for the "is it contagious" collab... apologies to Poetic Licence. Yet whispers linger, soft as morning rain, That kindness, once planted, will blossom again. Though shadows are louder and cruelty shouts, A single good deed can still turn tides about. If venom is viral, then so is the cure, A spark in the heart that makes courage endure.
