Kuch aankhon se karte hai bayaan

Kuch din aur kaise kare zayaan?

Kuch bholi si masumiyaat
Kuch anmol si aatishi hai
Jaise koyi khwab-e-kaynaat
Shayad behtar hai ke tum na jaano
Jaan jao, toh bhi kya haasil-e-makaam?
Shayad behtar hai tum na hi jaano
Zindegi se joojh raha hai, har koyi yahan
Paas hoke bhi jo raas na huwa
Woh shaaks, jo humara na huwa
Kaise bataaye ki kya ho aap mere liye?
Aagar hum Jaun hote, aap mere Jaana kehlate
Phirbhi,
Teri haawa talaashta hai ye dil
Khushboo hai ek, apnai si
Bolu mein chahe jo bhi zubaan
Urdu se behtaar, lagta nehi.
