Hair Numbering.

Goldfinch60

Every morning I shower,

Shower my whole body,

Wash my hair,

Dry all,

Then comb my hair.

The parting is combed in

And the thought comes to me,

I wonder if I ever,

Ever have the same number,

The same number of hairs,

Each side of that parting

As I had yesterday.

A fun read Gold and with me I don't have to ask since my hair line has been receding for many a year. But remember Andy you will never see a marble top on a cheap table.

      • Goldfinch60

Thank you soren. Those marble tops are expensive. LOL

        Andy

Good write, Andy. In my case, definitely not. These days, I have more face to wash.

Thanks Jerry. I still have thick hair as my father did.

Join the club - as we grow older the hair does get thinner unfortunately 🤔😔

                    • Goldfinch60

Thank you Nafisa, mine and my brothers hair is still thick as was our fathers.

wow that's fantastic... hope it stays there .....
my husband had a thick mane too, but the hard water in Dubai, where we lived for 25 years, ensured the hairfall was worrisome.... we are now back in India, but he is balding in the front...lol, and .i too have much lesser hair than in my childhood...
so the price of aging is catching up with us.....
