Onto the stage they came
And we were taken away,

So wonderfully played,
Taken back to that time,
That time when they first sang,
First sang together
And gave us those songs,
Those unforgettable songs
That will be forever with me.
They played and they sang
Bringing them back to life
Back to life in my heart,
Simon and Garfunkel
Back to my world
From their days decades ago.
A wonderful evening was had
As the tribute band played
Bringing such glory,
Such glory to the hearts,
The hearts of the audience.
