Tune: Heathlands
('Christ whose glory fills the skies')
Psalm 102 v.25-28
**********
Of old, O Lord, you have laid
Earth's foundations here displayed
The heavens, your work they be
All made by your hands, we see
They shall perish but you shall
Endure ever we know well
Yes, all of them shall wax old
Like a garment, it be told
As a vesture, cloak, you shall
Change them, and it shall be true
That they shall be changed, but you
O Lord shall remain strong, new
For you are the same, and your
Years shall have no end, 'tis sure
The children of your servants
Shall continue on from hence
And their descendants shall be
Established before you free

Good one, O🕊🙏🏻
Thank you A.
Temporary is always a waste of time and effort - go for the eternal.....
Thank you D. You worn out like the coat in this poem?!
Completely ignored the coat - It's thirty plus degrees centigrade here today. I'm writing this in my underpants (not literally IN my underpants, you understand.......................).
Plenty is temporary...Ah-gah-gah-gah-glug-glug....
Sadly, that is not one of them! 🤣 You've now met:
THE ETERNAL GLUGGER
Argh! We'll never get rid of him lol.
Nope. Not ever! LOL!
Great hymn poem too. Whew...snuck that in before ....do you hear that clicking sound. Tom?
Just got a word in before Tom & Co sneaked in! lol. Thanks T.
LOL! You are welcome, O.
