There was a centerpiece
in the middle of the table
a figurine in the shape of a Raven
sitting proudly amongst the feast
with not one
mournful kraa.

Teddy I have heard of eating crow but this one takes the cake at Thanksgiving no less. A raven on the Thanksgiving table is a bad omen indeed, like a vulture sitting on one's roof. But then it might be just a portent of a muse awaiting an awakening for another poem. A bit of a haunting feeling awaiting the kaw of the crow.
In this case it's a positive light, as the centerpiece is the Raven, and he has no mournful kaw, or Kraa, I've done some research into words for it's sound yours is very good too, thank you my friend, it was a thanksgiving to be thankful this time at least ❤️ I'm so glad you found this dark as my Raven collection comes from grief. Everyday should be Thanksgiving my dear sorrenbarret, thank you. 🌹
You are always most welcome Teddy
