So gas hobs are dangerous,
We could get unwell
From using them.
That is so strange to me
As all my life I have been with them.
My parents used them,
I have used them
And here I still am,
Very close to reaching eighty,
Eighty years old.
So using gas hobs hasn’t hurt me
And I will continue to use them.

- Comment from author about the poem: What is up with life in this world, they are finding danger in everything we do. All my long life gas hobs have been used to cook and I am still here, all you need to keep going is not to do anything stupid with them.
