So gas hobs are dangerous,
We could get unwell
From using them.
That is so strange to me
As all my life I have been with them.
My parents used them,
I have used them
And here I still am,
Very close to reaching eighty,
Eighty years old.
So using gas hobs hasn’t hurt me
And I will continue to use them.

- Comment from author about the poem: What is up with life in this world, they are finding danger in everything we do. All my long life gas hobs have been used to cook and I am still here, all you need to keep going is not to do anything stupid with them.

Good write Gold.
Thanks Orchi.
A while back a research paper revealed that water can cause cancer in rats. Anything used to excess can be harmful in a few and as I learned in school statistics don't lie but liars use statistics. Frustrating when the media overreact and misinterpret data. It is true that if an idiot misuses something something bad might happen but that will win him a Darwin award and take stupid genes out of the gene pool. Good write Andy
Ver true words soren, unfortunately there seem to be more idiots in places of power nowadays. Thank you for your comment.
Andy
