More than Me.

Aa Harvey

More than me.

There’s a city in my head full of super unknown’s.

There’s a Demon on my shoulder constantly rattling voodoo bones.

I think I’ve lost my way.

Can’t you stay?

It’s a crazy maze I travel through

And my only way out belongs to you.

Do you think you have the time to save a life?

There’s a sign on my heart letting no-one in.

Can you find the key that I hide within?

Or am I just a fading fool?

Why can’t I be,

More than me?

A poetic plea for love in this poem. Nicely written it calls out for someone.
