Silent Nights

Teddy.15

For once my Raven he's absent
a Christmas of serenity and calm
I wonder if he's somewhere being happy?
or alone without a friend in the barn?
all I know is I miss him dearly
coz whilst he's my messenger
and the bare of all my bad news...

he is also my greatest friend
and my favourite and most trusted muse.

We all have our muse and although they may leave us for a while they always return, sometimes when we least expect it. A poet's write of a friend missed. Well done my friend

LOVE THIS! And love the picture! Oh, dearest Teddy. I am happy your raven took a little holiday, but I so get the weird emptiness of that holiday. I profoundly powerful poem I totally relate to. Well done, dear poet! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

We all have those muses in our lives Teddy, and they can be our best friends as well. Fine words.
