Such a wonderful day,
The sun shone on us
As we walked along the beach,
The third day of the New year,
The middle of winter.
But here we were
Walking the beach in the sunlight,
On our favourite isle.
The clear sea sweeping towards us
Bring the love of the world our way
As we relaxed in our love,
The love that was ours.
And we will come here again
As we have done many times,
And our love will flow with the sea,
For eternity and beyond.
