Raw emotion pours as honey flowing quicker under heat of sun
Its sweet, burns when hot, sticking to skin, scalding within when done
Cooled it is sealed in wax, future fuel fiercely protected in hive hidden
To be taken by only friend with out sting, all others access forbidden

Will the bees sting at the risk of losing their lives? I was cruel. I sent KP to get honey from my beehive but filled it with wasps instead! lol.
Thanks so much Orchi. Now that is a bit over the top. I've been stung by wasps many time the they not only sting repeatedly but bite as well. It is a no holds barred fight with them. Appreciate the read and comment my friend
You did that on purpose - KP says to me! lol.
Just tell her that when she points one finger at you four are pointing back at her
All that holding, in the internal organs!
Thank you so much for the read and comment it is appreciated yes there is a lot of pressure holding emotions in.
Great analogy for the food of thought.
Got a lot of goodness in it, but don't take it for granted.
Thanks Paul for your review and words of support they mean a lot.
poem is thick with feeling just like honey...deliberate weight of experience..will offer honey only to a friend.
Thank you Aman for the read and kind words of comment they are most appreciated
The sealing could be a kind of protection ποΈππ»
Indeed we all seal off our emotions from others as a protection. Thanks so much Cryptic for the read and comment it is most appreciated
Well written. Your poem explores the concept of raw emotion and its dual natureβboth beautiful and painful. It reflects on how emotions can be intense and overwhelming, akin to honey that is both sweet and scalding when heated. The poem suggests that these emotions are precious and should be shared only with trusted individuals, much like honey stored in a hive, protected and reserved for those who deserve access.
Thank you so much Friendship for the read and interpretation. You are right we display our emotions as honey, sweet when cool rapidly flowing and burning when hot. As they cool we often hide them to protect them from the unfriendly. Appreciate your understanding.
You're so welcome, my friend.β€οΈ

Thanks so much my friend for the review and the comment it is always most appreciated.
Soren, the metaphor carries real weight. Heat, sweetness, sting, and safeguarding all work together to show how raw feeling is both fuel and risk. That final boundary you draw makes the whole piece hum with purpose. Thought-provoking work, my friend. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
