Prosperous Praise

orchidee

Tune: St Stephen

('In Christ there is no east or west')

Psalm 33 v.1-9

*********

Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous

For praise is beauteous

Praise the Lord with harp, instruments

As offering sweet incense

Sing unto Him a new song, play

Skilfully here today

With a loud noise, for the Lord's word

Is right, all which is heard

And all His works are in truth done

There falsehood in no one

He loves righteousness and justice

His judgement fair, true this

The earth is full of the goodness

Of the Lord, He does bless

By His word were the heavens made

His wondrous works displayed

All the host of them were made by

Breath of His mouth, He nigh

To His creation, He made seas

And dry lands as He please

Let all the earth fear the Lord, all

Stand in awe, on Him call

For He spake, it was done, and He

Commanded, 'twas made, see

              Great hymn-poem, Orchi! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Prosperous praise is much better than the other kind, we knows the kind too...the P and T and O and Bs and company with their glugging and preposterous praise. Truth! 🤷‍♂️🤣
