Tune: Truro
('Christ is alive, let Christians sing')
Psalm 36 v.7-10
*********
How excellent your mercy be
Your loving-kindness unto me
O God, therefore children of men
Trust under your wings, they safe then
They shall all be abundantly
Satisfied with what you supply
And you shall make them drink of your
River, there pleasures evermore
For with you is the fountain pure
Of life, in your light we see sure
Light, O continue your mercy
To they that know you here truly
And continue your righteousness
To the upright in heart, them bless
Yes, excellent your mercy, we
Are granted it and your grace free

Really nice hymn- poem...a fitting tribute to MLK.
Thank you D.
Very nice Orchi a wonderful arrangement of this piece and you know I love free stuff. Is it really free? For freedom I heard that there was a terrible price paid and it is still taxed to this day. Actually if you check the bottom you will see it was a replica made in China.
Thank you SB.
Always most welcome my friend
Well said. Your poem revolves around the themes of divine mercy, love, and the relationship between God and humanity.
Thank you F.
Excellent on this...and I know of the tune, and its author too. An appropriate day to share here in the States, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Now...that dang glug that is happening in the background...from that, we actually need a merciful DISmissive! 🥁🤣
Thank you T.
Argh! Our plea for mercy, to save us from the glugging one, but sadly - no escape?! lol.
None...absolutely zero escape. They could make a film about it, but it would cause the entire world to swoon...not hyperbole...it would, and we know it! LOL!
Good one Orchi.
Thank you Gold.
