A Fresh Day Calls.

Goldfinch60

The day comes to an end

And sleep calls to you,

As you fall asleep

Think of the good things,

The good things that happened,

That happened in the day.

It may have been a hard day

But each day has moments of joy,

So take those moments into sleep

And be grateful for those times.

The morning brings on tomorrow

With a fresh start to the new day,

And with a fresh start to your life.

Such good advise my friend. What better time than sleep to place peaceful and happy thoughts in one's head where one is likely to dwell on them the whole night and implant them in one's dreams to start on a happy foot the next day. Well said
