A Grateful Soul.

Goldfinch60

A grateful soul never walks in darkness,

It finds light in every step.

It gathers hope like lanterns

Glowing softly as it goes,

Through shadowed lanes and silent nights,

Its gentle spirit shows.

Each footfall kindles kindness,

Kindles kindness in the corners of the gloom,

Transforming dusky pathways

Transforms them to a garden set to bloom.

For grateful hearts illuminate the world

Illuminate the world with silver hue,

And even in the darkest hour,

It can reveal the sky’s bright blue.

Good write Gold. You have faith still, I believe - and me too, thankfully.
Sometimes we may not forget intentionally, but we can take some things for granted. Yet in heart and mind we're still grateful for them.

Gratitude is something that is generally missing in today's world. Gratitude what a blessing to the one that holds it as much as to whom it is owed. Nicely said Andy
