Music's Compassion.

Goldfinch60

Yet again my life stopped,

Onto the radio it came,

A piece of music I knew so well

But still it makes me stop,

Stop what I am doing

And just listen in harmony,

In harmony to that sound,

That sound that Wolfgang brings,

That Wolfgang always brings,

Always brings to me.

The clarinet sent its sound,

Sent into the ether

And into my heart

Where I succumbed,

Succumbed to its beauty,

Its beauty and wonder.

This is what music can do,

It can take me to that place,

That wonderful place,

That place where life is at peace

And where music rules

With love and compassion,

A world where I would love to be.

You let the music hit where it hurts and heals at the same time.
Every note digs in, and you let it carve a quiet home in your chest.
