Ti, Ti, Ti Ti, was the chant
As she went, running around the waiting room,
Not a care in the world.
This young girl, her mother, talking on the ‘phone,
Allowing this child to run and jump with absolute joy.
I smiled and her joy became contagious,
As I amongst others started smiling with her.
This young girl, so innocent, so joyful,
Just running and laughing
Around the Doctor’s waiting room.
And absolute delight to my mind.
Thank you young lady
For your joy, your laughter and your innocence,
That you gave to us this morning.
