Time Differences.

Goldfinch60

In life we use time,

But time is not consistent.

When you wait for something, time is slow

But if you are late time seems to be fast.

When you are happy in life, time is short

But it seems endless if we are unhappy.

And when you are bored time is so long.

Time is determined by feelings within,

Not by the clock on the wall.

Thank you Teddy, may your time be filled with lover and joy.

Absolutely Andy. Have you also noticed that the return from a previously unknown destination is much shorter than the journey out?

      • Goldfinch60

Thank you Dave. Yes it always seems quicker returning than going.

So I think it's possible to leave 'time' alone as a necessary scientific measure and confine it to a matter of perception. I'm totally convinced...

Indeed so true Gold the perception of time is so variable. Pain drags it out while in sleep it may pass in a flash. Nicely written Andy

Thank you soren, yes it is so true that time is variable.

You are most welcome Andy and may the time that we have left last until the sun no longer shines

            • orchidee

Good write Gold. We've had a lot of time, us two - millions of years!

              • Goldfinch60

We certainly have Orchi, thank you.
