Rainbow

Kora

The deep blue
Of an ocean
In a storm,
I am lost in your current.

The shy pink
Of Rose Arabica,
Rare and beautiful,
Quietening my mind.

The vibrant orange
Of sunset
Over the Aegean,
Peace is in your glow.

The soft green
Of moss over stone,
An entire universe
Hidden in your smile.

The fiery red
Of imperial topaz,
Pure and brilliant,
Setting my heart ablaze.

The joyful yellow
Of the tallest sunflower,
Closer to the heavens
Than this tired earth.

The midnight black
Of a Freisian.
Galloping fiercely across
The mountains in my mind.

You are every colour.
Every beautiful thing.
Everything my eyes can see,
Before I look away.

You are a rainbow

Simply lovely the use of colors so well done in this write. Your choice of images match the brilliance of your colors and the mixture paints a spectrum of feelings that fill the heart and page. In the limited spectrum of light we can perceive lies love but beyond are infinite colors not perceptible to the human eye like love itself of which we see only a small part. A fave
