yet scent of lilac calls to youth as
mermaid songs echo off cliffs rolling
into dew strewn meadows where moon
full is cyclopean pearl eye milky like gaze
of a blind prophet who has seen the nature
of gods when the veil of prayers has been torn.

Most beautiful images that seem dreamlike and visionary. Lovely a fave
Very good words Jon.
