A morning like this
asks for a slow wander,
whatever the street forgets
pockets open to ponder:
A bolt, a feather,
a bit of wire
bent by weather —
each one a quiet suggestion.
By midday the table
gathers its small findings,
and a shape begins to form,
unplanned, but allowed.

This reminds me of a person I knew that would gather bits and pieces that they formed into artwork. It also is a metaphor for me of those things we gather along the day that becomes our psychological, metaphysical, formation of each day. Lovely Cryptic
Yes and yes! I was that person as a child and after that began gathering all sorts of influences and connections as the days roll byππ»ποΈ
Now you gather words
And white hair π
Treasures found in what a day brings. Tell me more, is there a deeper meaning behind the obvious.
Ah, that would be a worthwhile jaunt. We shall see where it takes usππ»ποΈ

The things that make up everyday life. Well said.
Many thanks, Kevin. Trying to pay attention to everyday life; it can be easy to forget at times. πποΈ
arqios, this carries that gentle act of gatheringβ¦not just objects, but moments and attention. The way those small, forgotten things slowly become a shape feels honest and unforced. Itβs calm, reflective, and quietly meaningful. Strong piece. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬

I do hope that is enough fuel! Thanks so much Safina ποΈπ

It is amazing what you can pick up on a early morning stroll.
This is why you need a keen eye on a wander.
Mind you, now that fuel's dissappearing, we'll all be wandering to work in the morning.
Perhaps the roses shall start popping up again π€πποΈ
Vivid in imagery and poetic style. Enjoyed very much.
Thank you so much, dear friend πποΈ
Wishing many more such serene and peaceful moments and mornings π
Indeed, may they come in endless supply, thanks πποΈ
