कहीं रोशनी मुझे दिखती है आज
हाँ घना है बहुत ये कोहरा मगर
कहीं रोशनी मुझे दिखती है आज
रात लंबी है और बस शुरू ही हुई
पर सवेरा भी होगा, है वक़्त की बात
हम अकेले ज़रूर दिख रहे हैं अभी
देखते चंद साये हैं हम अपने साथ
रात कितनी भी काली हो, क्या फ़िक्र है
रोशनी उतनी ज़्यादा ही बढ़ जाएगी
राह में कुछ काँटे मिले थे मगर
सामने मुझको मंज़िल नज़र आती है
