I write these words fresh in my step
Under My new brand of Inkadelic-Dan
As I walk the dog at 6am
My poetry has always taken my dark to light
Now I've found music is helping keep it right
To let go of what's left and return to the middle
As I face every challenge life throws at me
I return back to where I first found company in poetry
Knowing I've always given everything that's inside of me
My silence is never weakness but the space I breathe
As amazing grace by the shore holds me in serenity

Yet we don't let the dark days win as my light comes from deep within. I'm Inkadelic-Dan and the ink remembers what we forget and I'll dribble mine until my last breath. Keep up the write.
