Adam an anarchist, power to the people, I believe in individual goodness and corruption of the masses
People like sheep, gentle by themselves but will follow any maniac off a cliff
Give then teeth and claws, eyes to see wolves in sheepskins
Let them graze in nature's green pastures where no fences hold them
Let the lion thin the numbers of the blind and weak
Break down the walls of the elected, cast them out of their beds
Cut barbed wire laws finger written by God
Open eyes to nature instead

A complex appeal to return to Nature. The world as it is is unacceptible.Certainly makes the reader sit up and think
You have the essence of it David thank you so much for the read and comment my friend
Take care Soren, great poem… even a king wants their life just as much as the ant. May life continue for the best
Thank you Demar a figurative saying not wishing anyone harm just the position removed
Great piece, carries power, emphatic.
Thank you so much Katie for the read and kind words they are most appreciated
Why do the masses follow lunitics.
Does there come a point when there's no choice.
Democracy you would think was safe, but we see ICE running amock in America, people in Britain getting jailed for offensive remarks.
I think we're all going off the cliff.
Thank you Paul for your read and understanding your remarks are most appreciated
Good write SB.
Thank you so much Orchi it is appreciated
Ooh. Hot off the press! 🔥🔥🔥 Adam is an anarchist, indeed. My friend, I connect with that distrust of crowds and systems here...how easily fear and certainty can sweep people together. This feels less like ideology and more like a cry for people to wake up and actually see for themselves again. There’s real urgency in it, Soren. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thanks so much Tristan I very much appreciate your comments and views on my poems
Adam with his own eyes. No king, no Shepherd, no fence between a man and the lion. "Open eyes to nature instead"- that line will outlive the thrones. Nicely written
Thank you very much Salvia for the read and comment your words are most important to me and most appreciated
Partly, it could be conjectured that none are ever taught or trained to be independent thinkers and that in itself can prove very exhausting and as we are socially wired will follow any strong and convincing personality to do all the thinking and deciding for us. But that’s just me🙏🏻🕊️
Thanks so much Cryptic I believe you to be right and you have hit the central root of the poem. Appreciate it my friend
None can rely on God nor politicians 🌹 sad truth.
That line alone justifies this poem Teddy. It is most appreciated my friend
