तोहफ़ा
आप मिले, ग़र नहीं तो क्या हो गया
जीने का अब सहारा तो मिल ही गया
कोई रिश्ता नहीं जुड़ सका, क्या हुआ
रिश्ता अपने ही आप एक बन तो गया
आपकी आँखों का पानी सूखा तो क्या
उम्र भर आँसुओं का तोहफ़ा मिला
आप चाहे हँसी कर रही हो मगर
अब हमारा जिगर तो दरक ही गया
खेल आपने खेला नहीं, क्या हुआ
दाँव पर कोई जीवन तो लग ही गया
दिल टूटा किसी का तो क्या हो गया
आपका वक़्त थोड़ा गुज़र ही गया

This poem seems to break time into pieces and question a relationship. Nicely written
Vimal, wow…there’s such quiet devastation in this, my friend. The poem carries that painful tension where connection exists emotionally even when life never fully allows it to become what the heart wanted. It feels restrained, but deeply wounded underneath. Beautiful work. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
