A wonderful poem and so true light and water the two principle things necessary for life.

A good tangent, Arqios! It`s been said that in the near future a "vapor canopy" will cover the whole Earth. Meaning sun rays will not be able to strike the Earth (and solar panels) the way they do at present.
They say... and that is plausible with whatever basic science common folk know. Soylent Green is in that scenario looking like a prophecy.
Not exactly like Soylent Green. More like world-wide earthquakes and volcanism caused by two approaching "objects," resulting in a vapor canopy. I guess you already know that underground bases are in existence?!
