No double negatives
Got an appointment with tedium.
Paying for pain.
My teeth are so English.
I’m fading away.
Broken down Human.
Counting the days.
Got a destiny with Death.
He’s writing my name.
In this world of disorder.
I hate every change.
Change is the essence of life.
It’s essential, they say.
Who are ‘they’ to lead my life for me?
Third Degree burns got nothing on me.
I’m finding it hard to breathe,
With all your exhausting exhausts smothering me.
One day off this fortnight.
I woke up at seven.
Waiting for a good ending.
Praying for Heaven.

Very clever wording and meaning as well with such good flow. A fave
It literally took me between two minutes and five minutes to write. I was waiting to go in to the dentist and already had the first line from a different kind of appointment. Sometimes poetry is easy. Glad you liked it.
Peace, Love and Empathy.
