I cannot focus because I am missing you,

I miss you like the grass misses the morning dew,

I am missing you like a shadow misses the light,

I am missing out on a wind swept love delight,

I am so close to you , yet I am so far,

I can see you in my minds lonely eye from afar,

You are like a refreshing cool rain, 

On a hot sweltering summer day,

you are the cooling breeze kissing away my pain,

I can’t put into enough words what I truly want to say,
