They prowl the world, unworried by other beasts.
They are everywhere, separated by their looks.
They roam the land as if they own it,
Not caring for it.
These animals are here for a purpose,
But that purpose, is unknown – to them!
They go their own way, not caring
What they destroy!
Nothing is safe from them!
They eat all around them;
Move water, remove plants,
Kill animals, who do them no harm,
For fun!
To see the most dangerous animal in the world;
Just look in a mirror.

A sad truth most poetically stated. More like a virus than most animals we destroy what we depend upon. Well written my friend

Oh Andy , I just don't believe it! π€£ π¦
In Africa Teddy at one to the safari parks there is a place where the is a curtain, above this curtain there is a sign which says "Behind this curtain there is the most dangerous animal in the world!" when you pull back the curtain there is a mirror.

Amen. The single most destructive invasive species is clearly humans. We have an awful lot to answer for. Well done.
Thank you Dan.
