I fear the sunset
Was too beautiful
For idle men
Without words
As auburn leaves
Fell in rhyme
The moment blessed
In ink and shared.
Each wisp of cloud
In sunsets haze
Violet blue
Of day to fade
Sinking deeper
A closing eye
Scattered faces
Lifes lullaby.
Within the arms
Of falling night
Its wondrous cradle
Natures sight
Upon its journey
While mortals rest
From time began
Its daily quest.

Thereโs a reverence for the natural world here, like the sunset becomes a sacred moment too many people rush past.
The imagery carries a quiet music, reminding us that beauty keeps unfolding whether we stop to witness it or not.
thats true, thanks for read always much appreciated
Good write N. Ahh, sunset already, you say, as you wait for that bus. You been there at that bus stop since daybreak?! lol.
As you said, did they ever tell us - No service on Sundays - same as any other day. lol.
I dont like buses anymore lol
