Time To Part

Teddy.15

And all was well...

until I turned my back
on this magnificent sunset
firey red and orange
thinking I'd see it again tomorrow
yet nature had other plans
and so now
I must grieve.

No two sunsets alike and never sure we will see another at all. Life is short and storms get in the way. Well written my friend

This particular sunset was a person, thank you dear sorrenbarret you inspired this one my friend. ๐ŸŒน

Indeed and the response a metaphor as well. No two are alike sunset of person and they pass so quickly not to return. A sad write but value the time we have.

You made me think the other day when I wrote one about a sunset evening. ๐Ÿ’œ

I think in the end the sun goes down on us all.
Hopefully he left his mark and the memories are good ones.

You warmed my heart dear Paul, and I know you will cringe at this ๐Ÿคฃ, hey you are all so lucky to be in the middle of the England match atmosphere I wish I was in London best of British to you all tonight, I hope no one goes to work tomorrow due to a final appointment ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟโค๏ธ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’™

Teddy, this really hit me. Thereโ€™s a quiet heartbreak here that reaches far beyond a sunset. It reminds us how quickly an ordinary moment can become something we never get back. Beautiful write, my friend. ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿฆโ€โฌ›

Thank you dear Tristan, it's been a bit of a rough year for loss. ๐Ÿ’œ
