“dreams can wait”
at my first job’s desk—
shoes tapping cold linoleum,
overhead fluorescence drones—
I was told:
hunker down;
dreams can wait.
years later
the tapping continues
lights now LED
dreams on dimmer switches.

Times change, technology moves on and although the style of the car is different it still carries us to our destination. Nicely written Cryptic
Yes! So true. Thanks, dear Soren ππ»ποΈ
My pleasure Cryptic
the same dreams different technology, well written
Indeed. Methods of realisation do change ππ»ποΈ
most welcome
Grab your dreams early, time waits for no man.
True! Always looking forward to what you have to sayποΈππ»
Wow, Arqios...this is quietly devastating. The years move forward, the surroundings modernize, but the dream keeps getting deferred. That simplicity makes the whole thing hit even harder. Powerful work, my friend. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
To have understood and affirm that reality is the best validation yet. Thanks, Tittuππ»ποΈ
Yay! You are most welcome, dearest friend!
My dreams are the same: the only change is the Hairline.
A well Observed Write.
Ah yes, how could the hairline have been left out!? Perhaps itβs the mirror boycott which still stands. ππ»ποΈππ»
Much rather have a Receding Hairline, than a Advancing Hairline.
For sure! ππ»
Dream always Rik they cn become true.

A true upside! ππ»ποΈ
