A bit of French there for ya
No? Well, Fido knows about 4,738 languages
I will ask him if it's French
But see, I'm the guy
Who took so long finding out what 'carpe diem' meant
That by the time I found out
There was no day left to seize - night had fallen!
It didn't help
That I spent hours searching fishing references
Well, I thought it was summat to do
With old-fashioned carp - as in 'carpe'
I really must attend Fido's language lessons!
Could it only happen to me?
Or has it happened to you too?
You know, summat daft
Summat nutty, or summat bonkers?!
And Fido says to me:
I wish you'd stop writing these 'excuses' of poems
But ya nutty stuff may get more Faves!
LOL.

Ok Orchi there you have it a fave made me smile again, nearly cracked my face. And now you send me on a goose chase for a mistake in a junkyard then tell me it may not even be in the junkyard or even the neighborhood. I got enough broken junk of my own. You know by reading my junk.
Thank you SB. Aww, I only mean my humorous junk! lol.
Always a pleasure Orchi
Orchi, this is hilarious! Popeye has chartered a boat, SpongeBob has packed the provisions, and Scooby ate the phrasebook. Meanwhile, Obi is standing onshore shouting that this was supposed to be a language lesson. Another wonderfully bonkers adventure, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you T. We know Popeye & Co's antics are all true! lol.
The french, famous for their wine, woman, engineers, doctors.
We salute them.
Ok, Fido's just reminded me, no saluting.
Thank you P. lol.
Well done. Enjoy your write
Thank you F. I wondered if you would comment something like: 'Orchi is perplexed by the meaning of a Latin phrase and took ages to find out, and then he ran out of time when he did find out'. Doh!
Will it be breaded, please?
Thank you CM. Yes, lol.
