Music has always been in my life
And as I entered my teenage years
Music made me dream,
Dream of how good my future would be.
Now in my aging years
Music is still with me
But it reminds me of the past,
And how great my passing years were,
As music has always been in my life.

That seems a defining feature of music Andy when young it raises emotions and causes one to dream and aspire when old it also raises emotions but mostly to calm and quiet to sooth and bring old memories back to mind. Nicely written my friend
