Chasing Money In The Rat Race

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Fed up and soulless from the 9-5 working day,

Realising this treatment is not worth the pay.

Why do most companies seem under a curse?

Individuals who crave power always get worse,

Always tired from chasing money in the rat race,

Tear the system down, it's all a fucking disgrace.

Debt slavery was invented to keep us on a leash,

Confront the bully managers, watch them scream for peace!

I feel you Shaun. I have been there at all levels grunt, middle management, top management they all suck always slave to someone. Even at the top slave to the share holder or government laws and regulations the voter. Capitalism sucks unfortunately so does every other system.

I've always felt like this world is backwards to what it could be and I find that sad in a way.

Don't look at it as sad, crabs walk sideways why not backwards

My friend, what struck me most is the sense of exhaustion underneath the rebellion. The money, the hierarchy, the pressure...it all builds toward that refusal to keep accepting the arrangement as normal. Powerful work, Shaun. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

even if you confront the bully managers, some are so thick skinned it will be a slanging match...may the righteous win...
